                     Foundation Course

    The MBSR foundation course consists of 8 weekly 2 hour        classes  and one half day session on a Saturday or Sunday. Prior
    to the course there is an introductory session that provides
    a first-hand taste of mindfulness and describes the course
    in greater depth. The introductory session is free of charge 

    and is a pre-requisite to program participation.
